The main commercial crop is Nispero, variety Algar, and there are approximately 200 mature heavy cropping trees.

For the house there are 6 Orange, 1 Tangerine (Satsuma), 1 Lemon, 3 Chirimoya (Custard
Apple), 2 Green Fig, and 1 Caqui (Persimmon) as mature trees.
New young trees recently planted include Lime, Satsuma, and Mango.
An automatic drip irrigation system is in place, with two battery 7 day timers and solenoid operated relay valves.

The boundaries of the land are essentially the road curving around the back of the finca, the stand of avocado trees
at the end of the netting and behind the house in this picture, and the small garages down the hill (barely distinguishable).
There is no netting on this land.
